		Why A PLUS ? A PLUS Health and Safety Advisory Services was established in 2001.  In 2005, the company changed its name to A PLUS Health and Safety Limited  - an independent company in Wellington, New Zealand.   The change in name provided a wider range of health and safety services for the client. The main reason for selecting the A PLUS name relates to the A+ passes that the owner and Director of the company received for her health and safety study assignments in the 1990s.  The A PLUS name continues to reflect the company's high standards. The letter A also is the first letter of the Director's married name (Avery).     A+ is also her blood type. A PLUS Health and Safety Limited helps clients to become proficient in their health and safety management programmes.  The extra coaching that A PLUS gives to clients is the difference in achieving successful results.   The aim is to enable clients to become self-sufficient in their health and safety. The old Chinese adage of "teaching you to fish will enable you to fish for a lifetime" is the approach that A PLUS brings to you with health and safety.   In this way, a significant difference is made towards achieving excellence in health and safety in New Zealand.
